Dr. Laura Fick is thrilled to have become a part of the Bragg Creek Community. After practicing for three years in mixed practice, companion animal practice, and in-home veterinary medicine, she was ecstatic to work with the excellent team at Bragg Creek Vet Clinic and move into practice ownership.

Growing up in Calgary, she did her undergraduate and PhD at the University of Toronto in cellular and molecular physiology. After returning to Calgary for a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in cancer and aging research she rediscovered her childhood dream of veterinary medicine. She graduated from the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2016.

Dr. Fick shares her home with three adorable cats Dixon, Isobel, and Betty, at least 75 fish, and far too many plants.
